Group Order – FAQ
1. Who is eligible to place an order?
This group order is exclusively for members of the 888 Gentryman community. If you are not a member of the community and place an order, you will not receive a payment link.
2. What happens if I am not a member but still receive a payment link?
Orders are intended strictly for community members. If a non-member receives a payment link due to an error and proceeds with payment, the right to claim a refund is forfeited.
3. How will the payment link be shared?
The payment link will be sent to the WhatsApp mobile number provided with your order.
4. What if I don't receive a payment link?
If you do not receive the payment link by 28 September, your order should be treated as cancelled. This means your order was not accepted/fulfilled.
5. Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. The minimum purchase value is ₹1,500.
6. Can I modify my order after placing it?
No. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. Please carefully check your quantity, strap selection and shipping address before submitting the order.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified by the customer after placement. However, the organisers reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund before shipping, where necessary.
8. How will orders be fulfilled?
All orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is therefore subject to the order sequence and available stock.
9. When will shipping begin?
Shipping will commence from 15 September.
10. Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for metro locations only. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote/non-serviceable locations.
11. What is the policy for wrong or defective straps?
All sales are final. If you receive:
- the wrong strap; or
- a defective/damaged strap,
you must contact the 888 Gentryman admin team within 24 hours of delivery and provide sufficient photographic/video proof of the issue.
Claims raised after 24 hours or without adequate proof may not be accepted.
12. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect quantity selected, incorrect address provided, or other customer errors.
13. What happens if the address I provide is incorrect?
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing the order. Since orders cannot be modified after placement, 888 Gentryman will not be responsible for issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
14. Is my order guaranteed once I submit the order?
Submission of an order does not guarantee fulfilment. Orders are processed first-come, first-served, and 888 Gentryman reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund before shipping.
15. What should I check before submitting my order?
Please carefully verify:
- Your strap selection
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- WhatsApp mobile number
- Minimum purchase value of ₹1,500
Once the order is submitted, it cannot be modified.
16. What does it mean if I haven't received a payment link by 28 September?
If no payment link has been received on your registered WhatsApp number by 28 September, your order has been cancelled. No further action is required from your side.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The order is exclusive to 888 Gentryman community members.
- Minimum purchase value is ₹1,500.
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Orders cannot be modified once placed.
- All sales are final.
- Wrong/defective product claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with sufficient proof.
- Shipping begins 15 September.
- Free shipping applies only to metro locations; remote locations may attract additional charges.
- Payment links will be sent to the WhatsApp number provided with the order.
- If the payment link is not received by 28 September, the order is considered cancelled.
- 888 Gentryman reserves the right to cancel an order and provide a full refund before shipping.
